The O’Dell Women’s Center is a non-profit, philanthropic initiative formed to provide low cost ‘residencies’ to other non-profits that serve key areas of urgent needs for great Springfield low income women as identified by the research study conducted by the University of Massachusetts Center for Family Research and commissioned by the Women’s Fund of Massachusetts.
