NOW HIRING - The O’Dell Women’s Center is seeking a passionate, community-driven leader to serve as its Director of Women’s Empowerment. This role entails leading volunteer programs and coordinating events to support women on their paths to education, career success, and long-term financial independence.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Social Work (preferred), at least two years’ experience in social services or case management, and a strong ability to connect with diverse populations. Bilingual/multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • The O’Dell Women’s Center is a non-profit, philanthropic initiative formed to provide low cost ‘residencies’ to other non-profits that serve key areas of urgent needs for great Springfield low income women as identified by the research study conducted by the University of Massachusetts Center for Family Research and commissioned by the Women’s Fund of Massachusetts.
